Are you pieces made to order?
Each piece is made to order, just for you. We produce in small batches to minimise waste and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Each piece is handcrafted in London, specifically for your order.
How long will my order take?
As each piece is made to order, please allow 10 days to 3 weeks for production, depending on the design. Once your piece is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you require your piece by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production begins and changes may not be possible.
Do you order refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or returns, however we are happy to offer size exchanges for rings, subject to a resizing fee.
Ring sizing & resizing
If you need to exchange your ring for a different size, we offer resizing for a fee starting from £120, depending on the design and size adjustment required. Resizing costs cover materials, labour, and secure shipping. We will confirm the final fee before proceeding.
We cannot be responsible for incorrect sizing selected at checkout.
Materials & craftsmanship
All pieces are crafted in 14 karat gold and set with lab-grown diamonds. We work with trusted suppliers and experienced craftspeople to ensure exceptional quality, longevity, and ethical sourcing.
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds, offering the same brilliance and durability while minimising environmental impact. Gold is hallmarked in accordance with UK regulations.
Each piece is handcrafted by skilled jewellers using traditional techniques, with careful attention to detail at every stage of the process, here in London.
Shipping & duties
All orders are shipped via a fully insured, trackable courier service. Once your piece is complete and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Jewellery is securely packaged in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Delivery times vary depending on location. Please note that shipping time is in addition to the production time stated for made-to-order pieces.
For UK orders, VAT is included where applicable.
For international orders, duties and local taxes may be charged by your country’s customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events outside our control.
